i have a 1994 acura integra and has no spark at all i checked all four spark plugs

after starting, when giving gas, the car bogs and chugs and and barely stays running.
if i ever so slightly give it gas i can get it to rev up to 6k or whatever. if i press down normally or punch it or do anything but barely touch the gas, she bogs.
catalytic converter got cherry red, removed it, still does the same thing.
i changed these:
fuel pump hanger, and strainer
fuel filter
plugs
igniter
igniter modulator ??? in coil pack.
any suggestions?

I was wondering what works best for the street, I like to corner like glue to the road but we all know city streets are not so forgiving. I would like to hear from other Integra owners what they are running or have tried in the past and what works best for them. I have some coilovers skunk2 and have yet to try them so next its Koni shocks. I had them on other cars and love the feel of them. Does anyone know where to get better than stock swaybars? Please let me know whatelse I can do to make it handle better. Thanks. 
I was replacing them little water hoses which are a pain in the azz when you have big hands and trying to follow the positive battery cable down which I gave up on but did get them little hoses in. I figured why not change the spark plug wires with better ones. I decide to check the plugs and low and behold when I removed 3 of the 4 there was so much oil on them I thought I hit a geyser and I was rich! but then I figured something was amiss and knew you guys would be able to let me know if it was the valve cover leaking or could it be the head? BTW I want to thank everyone that has given me input on this car and really appreciate it greatly. I hope everyone has a wonderful Holiday and a Happy New Year.
I have a battery problem. They keep dying overnight. I notice the fan in the front runs sometimes and figured it only did it when the car was hot or at least warm. But I started it up just to check out the headlights and notice the fan came on for quite a while. What would cause this and is there a way to check the sensors? Any help is appreciated. 
IS IT TRUE THAT IF I PUT TYPE R PISTONS IN MY STOCK GSR BLOCK IT WONT PASS SMOG IN CALIFORNIA MIGHT BE A DUMB ? BUT JUST MAKING SURE ANY INFO WILL HELP…….. 
Could be possible 220hp in a 3rd gen Integra GSR with these mods???
1- Intake
2- Exhaust
3- Header
4- Type R Intake Manifold
5- Bigger Throttle
6- JDM Integra Type R pistons
7- Bigger Injectors
8- ECU chip, SAFC or V-SAFC
If not, wich HP can I get with these mods?

I HAVE A 97 GSR SHELL THAT IM PUTTING MY OLD B18A1 IN IT I HAVE A OBD1 IN MY OLD 95 INTEGRA LS BUT MY 97 GSR I THINK IS OBD2 AM I NEED HELP TO GET THIS HOOKED UP…I WANT TO BE ABLE TO PASS SMOG AND NEED AS MUCH INFO AS POSSIBLE …HEELLLPPP
