95 Nissan Sentra: Running Rough

My 95 Sentra has been running rough. I have replaced the plugs, cables, #3 fule injector, front Oxygen Sensor and still idles rough. I can pull #3 cable off when it is running and not much difference. This plug is getting fire. Could timing be off?
If anyone has any suggestions as to stop if from running rough, it would be most helpful.
