OK, just did this on my RSX and it works. sure itll work on other acuras too, as they are like the same.

I found the instructions on how to do this at www.clubrsx.com, and after playing around with it a while changed it around a bit to how i found it working best.

1.) get a key to your car (master key, not sure if valet works), and up to THREE remote entry units.

2.) turn car to ON position (not engine started, but the one before that). wait 1-4 seconds, hit the lock or unlock button on your keyless (aim to your stereo, getting as close as possible)

3.) wait 1-4 seconds

4.) turn car to OFF position (you can leave the key in, as you will have to turn it on again REAL QUICK.

5.) wait 1-4 seconds

6.) repeat steps 2-5 3 more times . YOU SHOULD HEAR THE DOOR LOCKS! within 1-4 seconds again, hit the door lock or unlock button ONCE MORE.

7.) again within the same short time frame, hit the lock or unlock on ANY ADDITIONAL DOOR LOCK OR UNLOCK UNITS. you should hear the door locks each time!

8.) turn your car off and remove the key. test out your new working keyless units, and be glad u didnt have to pay the dealer to do this for you!

Keyless unlock

by admin

Hey,

We own a 1991 Acura Integra GS Coupe and i am looking for a cheap, easy to install keyless entry system for it (you know, unlock both doors with a keyfob, and perhaps the rear hatch too).

Which is best?

Thanks,

Pure
