My neighbor has an old eclipse in his driveway and he told me that he wants to sell it, He wants 300 for it, but i want to take a look at it, I am a general motors guy, but its a good beater for the winter so im looking at buying it. before i bring it to work and put it up on a lift i want to know what i should look for anything specific that is really common, its a first generation AWD turbo with a standard transmission.

I have a 2005 mazda 3 and I wanna ngine swap but im not sure what fits. If anyone knows please help. I feel engine seap would be cheaper and more beneficial than turbo and forged internals ect.

Ok so I have a lowly 99 Civic DX with the SOHC, and i really wanted to know if I could just take swap the current head with a Differant head to make it DOHC? ???
